Halloween

Since I am only a week away from Thanksgiving I better get Halloween updated! Where in the world has this year gone?!

Of course we did the annual kiddo Halloween party. It again was a success, but wow, it took awhile to recover this year. We are not as young as we used to be!!! LOL

On Halloween night our friends the Riskey's were in town from Colorado and we spent the evening with them. They have 2 little daughters and our girls LOVE them. The night was gorgeous, the kids didn't even need jackets this year! Crazy! We went trick-or-treating and then put the kids to bed and played Settlers and raided the kids candy! We had some great laughs and can't wait to see each other again!

September

September is always a busy month for our family. We have a bunch of birthdays and anniversary so it seems like in a blink of an eye the month is over. This September Michael and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary! I can't believe it has been 10 years already. We have a great marriage that the Lord has blessed! There have been hard times, no doubt, but everyday we still choose each other and honor our commitment. We have 3 gorgeous children that make our life that much more blessed and beautiful.

To celebrate we went to a nice dinner and took our time eating and just enjoying each other. After about a 3 hour meal, we went to a movie(it wasn't even animated!) It was so nice to go on a date! Here's to another 10 years baby! I love you!

Wow...I haven't been here in awhile!

Since my last post was in July, I figure I should do some brief highlights of the months since, at least! For those who read this thing, I am sorry for skipping out. For those who don't, I guess it really makes no difference!

So, picking up where I left off...August!

In August I took the girls to Portland to visit family and friends while Mike stayed in Colorado and worked his tail off!! We had a lot of fun on our trip. I think we stayed away from home a little too long this time...a whole month! But, none the less we were able to see everyone and make lasting memories!
